Who is leaning on Hulu's content providers

Andrew Baron points out, in a comment on Fred Wilson’s post on the topic, what I’ve thought is the motivating force behind Hulu’s actions since hearing about it earlier today: the cable companies. I don’t know about Baron’s back channels, and I have none of my own, but it makes sense. Systems like Boxee and Netflix streaming present a real problem for cable companies. It’s only a matter of time before there’s a showdown.
