Clever marketers have hit upon the following strategy: watch for Twitter posts containing keywords related to their community and follow the authors. An example: this weekend I posted a tweet “Pork shoulder bathing happily in hickory smoke.” Shortly after, I was followed by @wildhogsmokers. Pretty cool. But today I got another one. The tweeter? A chain of 24/7 men’s only bathhouses.

Men’s only bathouses? Bats are totally cool, they can eat thousands of mosquitoes every night, but why would you want a house that only attracts male bats? Seems like a self-sustaining population would be better.
